Ferrari wew
I once watched a documentary how a gallardo is made. I thought producing a ferrari is just the same but it was entirely different. Unlike the assembly of gallardo which has 10 stations, the ferrari has 32 stations. Also, the motor of the ferrari is molded by a robotic arm to ensure precision because a slight imperfection could cause the engine to vibrate when running a 500 hp. Such vibrations could cause freak accidents. Unlike the gallardo, the body of the ferrari is painted using a robotic arm to ensure precision. Afterwards, the engineers check the depth of the paint on the ferrari using a ultrasound. This ensures that the paint on the car is well balanced. Because of the very hard process of the ferrari's assembly, it takes about 2 years to produce one.
